• Company name and registered address• VAT number and number of owned trucks• Billing address (if different)
• Receivables contact person details• Bank name, BIC/SWIFT code, and IBAN
• License to Operate (transport license or permit)• Proof of Insurance (liability insurance certificate)• Bank Account Information (bank statement or account confirmation)
