RPM Europe mainly works with LF3–LF10 autotransporters, supporting large vehicle volumes for multi-country vehicle distribution. At the same time, smaller fleets and independent carriers are also welcome, with transport work available depending on routes, vehicle volumes and operational needs.

We offer flexible payment options to fit your cash flow, including standard 45-day terms, fast tracking-based payments from 20 days and QuickPay within 72 hours for selected loads. Our billing process is fully online and completely paper-free. To start your payment without delays, the process is simple:

At unloading: Your driver just needs to take a clear photo of the signed and stamped CMR before leaving the delivery spot.
Online upload: Submit a PDF invoice matching your Transport Order, along with the readable CMR scan and a vehicle inspection report if any damage occurred.
No paperwork: Ensure all stamps, signatures and VINs are clearly visible on your PDF scan. No physical documents need to be mailed.

Yes, when it's possible. We work to match vehicle movements across different markets to help reduce empty miles. While we actively plan return movements, they depend on current daily demand and cannot be 100% guaranteed.

There is no fixed rate card. Each route is priced individually based on distance, vehicle volume, transporter type and operational needs. Contact us directly to discuss pricing for your specific routes.

QuickPay is available within 72 hours for selected loads. Payment from 20 days is available for carriers using supported tracking tools (like Shippeo). Standard payment terms are 45 days. It is a simple and paper-free process — you can submit all transport documents completely online. Just send your CMR and invoice to our dedicated email to start the payment process.

New transport work appears throughout the day. Available routes are shared through the RPM website, WhatsApp and email updates. Carriers can quickly see routes, loading factor and transport details before getting in touch. RPM teams also contact carriers directly when suitable transport becomes available based on preferred routes and fleet type.
